Philip Wing, your 2026 Secretary of the San Francisco Republican Assembly, was a member of the Lyn Nofziger Republican Assembly, a predecessor California Republican Assembly chapter in San Francisco. For several years, Philip was secretary for the California Chinese American Republican Association, a state chartered organization. In 1994, Philip ran for John Burton’s State Assembly seat, garnering a vote count only exceeded by Yvette Corkrean in 2024 in her bid for Scott Weiner’s State Senate seat.
